免烤蝶豆花奶凍蛋糕 No bake butterfly pea panna cotta cake 18M+

Ingredients食材 : 

PANNA COTTA PREMIX 奶凍預  拌粉 90g/ 9tablespoons
FRESH MILK 鮮奶 400ml
WHIPPING CREAM 鮮奶油 400ml
BUTTERLY PEA 蝶豆花 Right Amount of fresh butterfly pea 適量
BUTTERFLY PEA POWDER 蝶豆花粉 Right Amount of butterfly pea powder適量
MELTED BUTTER 軟化黃油 115g
DIGESTIVE BISCUIT 消化餅 12-14 pcs/12-14片

Directions做法:

餅乾底 Make the crust:

1. 將消化餅放在保鲜袋里擀碎。

Put digestive biscuit in a large resealable plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form.

2.將已經軟化的牛油倒进饼干碎里搅匀,均匀的铺在蛋糕模底部,拿小勺压紧。

Pour crumbs into a cake mold; Add butter, and stir until well combined. The tighter it’s packed, the less likely it will fall apart.

3.放入冰箱結冰至少10分鐘。

Chill crust in freezer at least 10 minutes.

Make the filling:

4. 將剩下的所有材料倒入鍋中煮2-3分鐘同時間不斷攪拌。

Blend in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes,stir constantly.

5. 倒入蛋糕模中並冷藏至少 3小時

Pour into cake moulds and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

6. 擺盤就可以享用啦。

Garnish and serve.

 

特別提醒 :

Gentle Reminder:

1)製作過程記得不斷攪拌,製作好后建議存放在冰箱并在3天内吃完。 

Stir constantly when cooking PANNA COTTA. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days

2)不一定要使用鮮奶油 & 牛奶製作。可以隨意搭配豆奶 ,植物奶 ,或椰漿來烹煮。

 

It is not necessary to use whipping cream and milk to make panna cotta. You can mix it with soy milk, plant milk, or coconut milk for cooking.
