簡易南瓜鬆餅(低溫發酵法)Easy pumpkin pancake (yeast version) 7m+

Ingredients 食材 : 

Veggie Pancake Premix 蔬菜鬆餅預拌粉 40g
Fresh Milk 鮮奶 50g
Instant Yeast 速發酵母粉 1/3 KFC Spoon
Egg 鷄蛋 Half an egg/ 半顆
Butter/ Oil 油 10g

Directions 做法:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and stir well

將所有材料拌匀

2. Pour the batter into a storage box and leave it in the refrigerator overnight 

將麵糊收在密封盒放入冰箱冷藏過夜 

3. Preheat the frying pan and wipe some oil on the pan 

預熱平底鍋,噴一些油, 或用厨房紙抹上少許的油即可 

4.Scoop 1 tbsp of mixture on the pan and flip when bubbles start to form 

勺入一匙麵糊,熱至起泡泡即翻面,煎至兩面熟透即可 

(第二面大概1-2分鐘)
